Refund policy
We accept returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. If your order arrived sealed, it should be returned the same way.
To begin a return or exchange, email us at hello@typical.net within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a brief note on the reason for the return. We’ll reply with next steps and a return shipping label, where applicable.
All approved returns are sent back to our designated return address. Return shipping is on us.
Once your item arrives, we’ll inspect it. If it meets the conditions above, we’ll issue a full refund or process your exchange within five business days.
Items returned in less-than-original, saleable condition, opened, damaged, or missing original packaging, may be subject to a partial refund, a restocking or repackaging fee, or may be declined altogether. We’ll always assess this fairly and communicate clearly.
Some items are final sale. These include clearance products or products explicitly marked non-returnable at the time of purchase. When that’s the case, we’ll make it known upfront.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, let us know right away at hello@typical.net. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and, once received, arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
